By browsing our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a rental contract with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Booking Confirmation: An event date is only secured upon receipt of a signed rental agreement/contract and the required initial deposit.
Deposit requirements and final payment due dates will be specified in your individual event contract. All remaining balances must be paid prior to the date of service or delivery.
Any agreed-upon adjustments, credits, or custom order deductions will be explicitly reflected on your formal billing invoice.
All deposits paid to Lux Decor & Event Rentals are non-refundable, as they secure your event date on our calendar and allow us to reserve or order custom inventory for your setup. Specific cancellation terms, timeline thresholds, and potential reschedule options are governed by your signed client contract.
Client Responsibility: The client assumes full responsibility for all rental items from the time of delivery/setup until collection or pickup by our team.
Any rental items returned damaged, broken, heavily stained, or missing will be billed to the client at the full replacement cost or repair value.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that Lux Decor & Event Rentals has full, timely access to the venue for delivery, setup, and teardown during the times specified in the event agreement. Any venue restrictions, stairs, or accessibility limits must be disclosed prior to the event date.
All photographs, designs, layouts, and creative materials produced by Lux Decor & Event Rentals remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to capture and use photographs or video footage of our decor setups for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Lux Decor & Event Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or inventory beyond the total contract value.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather events, natural disasters, acts of government, or severe transportation disruptions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business operations, legal obligations, or industry standards. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date
